experence. He has a broad range of project types including
student housing, educational, senior living, hospitality
and retail. Scott brings a quiet confidence, yet authoritarian
approach to his responsibilities. He stays actively involved
in all projects from start to finish. He is well regarded in the
general contracting community and has repeatedly earned
the respect of clients. He has held a master electricians
license and also a journeyman electrical license.

JON RAWLINGS

Jon has over 15 year of electrical distribution, management & safety experience. He is responsible for all aspects of safety from our EMOD Rating (Experience Modification Factor) to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). He provides weekly jobsite meeting as well as monthly training. He also hold various safety certifications. He is responsible for maintaining & conforming to the highest of industry safety standards. |
JIM THOMPSON
Project Manager |
Jim is an integral part of our office and helps usher in new technologies and methods to help provide added value to the customer. Coming from a management background as well as being a journeyman electrician, he is better able to forecast and help correct design issues early in a project. Jim has also become proficient in project electrical design and permitting for our service department and has completed numerous solar designs/drawings as well as helped launch our efforts with EV project through the design and plan submittal process.

Marc Owen has over 10 years of electrical distribution and
lighting experience as well as 10 years with SECON and is
a valuable asset to the SECON team. He is thorough in his
work and a true “team” player. His rapport with clients
and general contractors has been praised time and time
again. He specializes in a variety of project types including
retail, industrial, hospitality and office projects. |
ROBERT BIGGS
Project Manager |
Bob Biggs has nearly 15 years of electrical gear and
project management experience. He is proficient in all
aspects of project management from preconstruction to
close-out. Bob has an excellent track record of bringing
projects in on time and within budget. Bob serves as the
company liaison with the general contractor for daily on
site issues.

ROB RICHARDSON

Rob Richardson has over 17 years of electrical field
supervision experience. He is responsible for the supervision
of the field construction. Rob will oversee quality
assurance and scheduling of all field personnel as well as
coordinate safety programs. |
CONRAD STONEBANKS
Service Manager |
Conrad is a 4th generation Master Electrician & has over 18 years' experience in the electrical industry which include a variety of projects from residential, commercial & industrial experience. The scopes of these projects range from $50K up to $50M dollars. He is able to manage multiple projects at once & run the 24/7 service department effectively & efficiently. This provides our customers with professional, reliable & timely results. There is absolutely no task Conrad can't tackle head on & provide positive results for. Conrad also holds or has completed the following courses/licenses:

- Journeyman cards 2002
- Master lic. MD 2003, DC 2003, VA. 2005
- 30hr OSHA, CPR-Adult, Standard First AID, AED-Adult
